WEBBEEN provides web design, e-commerce engineering, platform development, and custom internal software. Project deliverables and timelines are defined per individual agreement following a submitted business inquiry.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All client-specific deliverables, proprietary assets, and custom codebases created by WEBBEEN become the property of the client upon full payment, while WEBBEEN retains rights to core reusable frameworks and assets.

3. Limitation of Liability

WEBBEEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting interruptions or client-side infrastructure alterations post-handover.
